Delete Your Account

You can delete your YatraX account at any time. This page explains what is removed, how to delete your account on the web (even if you have uninstalled the app), and how to get help if you run into issues.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your user account and login credentials
  • Your traveler or guide profile and profile picture
  • Active sessions and refresh tokens
  • For guides: your listing on trails and removals from other users' saved guides

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some data may be retained where required by law (for example, records we must keep for legal or security purposes).

Delete as a traveler

  1. Sign in with your traveler account.
  2. Open Profile → Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone and click Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Delete as a guide

  1. Sign in with your guide account.
  2. Open Profile → Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone and click Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Delete your account now

If you are already signed in on this device, go straight to settings to delete your account. Otherwise, sign in first.

Need help deleting your account?

If you cannot sign in or the delete option is not working, contact us and we will help you complete the request. Please include the email address linked to your account.
